On October 8, SSARD completed industrial and commercial registration of changes, namely the legal representative was changed to Zhou Jingmei (executive director) and the shareholder was changed to Jiangsu Yangnong Chemical Co. Ltd. This marked that SSARD officially became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Yangnong Chemical Co. Ltd. From then on Sinochem Group achieved research, production and marketing integration for its core pesticide business.
